About an order, a parcel, a return
Write to info@orterra.it, putting the order number in your message. If the problem is about the parcel, the seller is the producer: you will find them in the order and on their page, and we put you in touch if needed.
You are a producer and want to sell here
You join Orterra by invitation, not through a sign-up form: how it works is explained in how we order the products. If you think you meet the requirements, write to us at info@orterra.it telling us what you make and where.
Content to report
To report a review or content that should not be here there is a page for it: report a listing.
