If something on Orterra should not be here, you report it here — and you get a reasoned answer.

Who can report
Anyone. You do not need to have bought anything, you do not need an account, and you do not need to be the person or the business involved.
What can be reported
- a review that is offensive, false, off-topic or contains personal data;
- a product page with information that turns out to be untrue;
- a photo or a video that should not be here, or that you hold rights over;
- any other content you consider unlawful.
How to do it
Write to info@orterra.it with the subject Report. For us to be able to decide, three things are needed:
- The link to the page where the content is — the address you read in the browser bar.
- Which content, if there is more than one on the page: which review, which photo.
- Why, in a few lines. If the report concerns a right of yours — your name, a photo of yours, a trade mark of yours — say so: it changes how we handle it.
What happens next
- The report goes into a queue and is read by a person, not by a filter.
- The decision is reasoned: we tell you what we decided and why, including when we decide to remove nothing.
- If the content is removed, whoever published it also receives the reason and can reply.
Repeated unfounded reports
Reporting content just because you do not like it — or because it is a negative review of your own product — leads nowhere: negative reviews are not removed. Anyone who repeats manifestly unfounded reports may find them handled with lower priority.
This is not the page if…
You have a problem with an order, a parcel or a return: that is another matter and you write to contact, with the order number.
